The Okuma Deadeye Pro fishing rod is one of three walleye-specific rod models launched on the market this year. Designed for the serious walleye angler, the Deadeye Pro Series rods are all made to allow you to perform the right walleye fishing technique, either jigging or bottom bouncing. Deadeye Pro Series rods are designed with state-of-the-art technology and advice from competitive walleye anglers. Action-specific mechanics are the mainstay of the Deadeye Pro collection. Jigging rods offer ultra-responsive 30-ton grade graphite while rebound rods offer more forgiving 24-ton grade graphite. The Deadeye Pro Series component system utilizes Sea Guide XO-316 Premium stainless steel rod ring frames for reduced fishing line twist, Zirconium inserts for the use of braided fishing line as well as a specialized stainless steel tip to hold the inserts in place. All Deadeye Pro rods feature a cork handle. They also have a custom reel seat with cork inlay.
